Creamy Vegan Chocolate Mousse & Barre
You know those days when you just want chocolate for dinner? No? Just me? Okay well at any rate this makes an excellent creamy, rich chocolate-y delicious dessert (or lunch or dinner or snack. Or breakfast, I swear).
I have a way you can enjoy the flavor and texture of a creamy treat without the empty calories and it involves an avocado. Wait, don't go! I swear it's amazing, and the avocado is undetectable under the chocolate taste. Healthy fats from avocado and clean protein from Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder will keep you full and lend that melt-in-your-mouth decadent taste of mousse.
This is so creamy and rich, you won't even be able to eat it all, even if you want to. (And I've tried). But if you do, don't fret; this is a healthy vegan treat won't derail your diet. I recommend this one after a hard workout at the barre for the ultimate rewarding experience or whatever way you love to work up a sweat.

Chocolate Avocado Pudding
1 small ripe avocado
2 TBSP raw cacao powder
1 heaping scoop of Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
2 TBSP unsweetened coconut or almond milk
optional: 1 TBSP maple syrup or sprinkling of stevia or monk fruit extract (omit this if your protein powder is sweet)
1. Food-process/puree the ingredients until creamy and smooth. If it is still chunky, add in more coconut milk or water as needed. Eat immediately or chill in the fridge to thicken even more. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
