Though Maiah Miller's true passion is allergen-free healthy desserts, she has a wide range of skills from traditional pastries, cakes and cupcakes to gluten-free granola, raw bars, raw cookies and almost any allergen-free dessert conceivable.

Running Girl Bakery treats are made with as local as possible, pure organic ingredients.  Most of the recipes are designed to fit into almost any clean eating and paleo diet, and fuel and energize either before or after a workout.  


Running Girl Bakery items are mostly naturally sweetened with fruit and/or pure maple syrup, and can be customized to any dietary need.  Though Running Girl Bakery is able to produce traditional, mainstream desserts, the real focus and specialization is on allergen-free vegan foods.
