Maiah Miller has a passion for healthy and allergen-free baking, food photography, writing, running, dancing (ok, almost all fitness) and oat milk lattes.
She lives with her husband, a Major in the Marines and their twin girls and one sweet Goldendoodle in California. She is the former owner and operator of Running Girl Bakery, an allergen-free specialty bakery, and the blogger behind Plant-Based Maiah, designed to help people satisfy their sweet tooth in a nourishing manner and also still meet their fitness goals. Maiah is a certified Sports Nutritionist, and loves sharing her recipes and favorite workouts.
Maiah is currently in nursing school and working part-time in social media management for private clients while raising her girls.
Maiah is an award-winning baker, having won numerous prizes and awards for her healthy and vegan desserts and treats.
